We buy your property directly. It’s the fastest and most certain route, but the lowest price: typically around 80–85% of market value, because we take on stamp duty, holding and resale costs and the risk of reselling. There’s no fee to pay.
Faster marketed sale
We match you with a buyer, from our marketing and buyer network, who is in a position to move quickly, typically achieving around 95–97% of market value. This route provides you a faster, more certain sale without giving away the bigger discount of an instant purchase.
Best achievable price
Through British Homesellers, we market your property across the UK’s property portals and our buyer databases to achieve the best price we can. Timing is less certain, but you’re not accepting a discount for speed you don’t need.
