Property Solvers Reviews, Overview & Prices Paid (2022)

Property Solvers are based in London and have been in business since 2005. They claim to offer a personal, streamlined service and guarantee to work within stringent guidelines. They appear to purchase properties directly, so there doesn’t seem to be a third party involved in any part of the process.

Who are Property Solvers?

Property Solvers are based in Covent Gardens, London, and they are members of the NAPB and registered with The Property Ombudsman and ICO. In addition, Property Solvers state on their website that they use RICS-accredited surveyors – this guarantees that they adhere to regulations to provide a fair price.

What services do Property Solvers provide?

As well as being a quick cash property buyer, They also offer an auction service and an estate agency service for house or property sellers. Operating in England and Wales since 2005, they guarantee stress-free sales if you decide to utilise their services.

What is the process with Property Solvers?

The process is pretty standard and similar to other quick cash property buyers.  First, you enter the required information on their website, and the sales manager will call you back to discuss your house or property details. This includes house valuation questions they will need to finalise an offer.

After viewing the property and organising an independent survey, Property Solvers will provide an initial offer – if you are happy to accept, the paperwork can be sent to solicitors to complete the sale of your property – from this point, the aim is to complete within 20 – 25 working days.

Property Solvers Positives

  • They will cover the costs of selling your property, including solicitor fees.
  • They are regulated by The Property Ombudsman and members of the NAPB.
  • They have a 24-hour emergency helpline if you have any urgent enquiries after hours.

Property Solvers Negatives

  • Their website states they pay up to 75% of market value. This is lower than a lot of other cash buyers.
  • They don’t have many reviews across popular review sites – despite being in business since 2005
  • Property Solvers only purchase properties in England and Wales. Unfortunately, this means that if you live in Scotland, you will not be able to use their service, but Property Solvers can refer you to associates in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Our Verdict

Property Solver is a quick cash home buyer and also offers alternative services to sell your home.  Although they have been in business since 2005, their reviews on Google are minimal and don’t seem to be active on Trustpilot. However, we find it beneficial that they do appoint a RICS accredited surveyor to evaluate your property. Still, the fact that they will only offer up to 75 per cent of the market value of your home is – in our opinion – a negative.
